icon screenshots

I tend to use the base LibreOffice icon to launch the office suite instead of using the individual desktop icons (writer, draw, calc...)

This base icon is not up to par with the rest of the icons. See attached screen shot. 

Suggestions:
Add some color to it
Have it represent 'starting a new document'

I agree with you, and there has been ongoing discussion about this topic in bug 139471.
