Description: Creating an envelope in a Writer document such as a letter (whether as a new document or an insertion) does not generate the correct size of envelope (DL for example: 220mmx110mm), but instead creates a large squarish format with the addressee's address plonked somewhere in the middle. The borders of the envelope are not highlighted nor even shown, so one has to accept on trust where the address will be printed on the envelope. Why is it not possible to create the correct sized document corresponding to the size of the envelope selected? Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create writer document 2.Select insert envelope, select size of envelope and position of addressee address 3.Select "Insert" or "New Document" Actual Results: As described above Expected Results: As requested above Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: As described above

Hi again If I've understood you correctly "LO" refers to the version of LibreOffice. Mine is the latest 7.3.2.2, which on checking for updates is said to be "up to date". Where would I find 7.4.3 (or prerelease 7.4.4 or 7.5.0)? BTW I've had this issue in the past with earlier versions, but still got the same problem ie version agnostic I've re-done the test in safe mode and, yes, the envelope size is correctly generated and displayed with the address in the correct place, and it works for other sizes of envelope I've tested. So what do we do now?
Apologies: I've located,downloaded,installed, run LO 7.4.3.2, but the same envelope sizing problem still persists

To reset your profile please follow instructions on https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile). If you've run 7.4.4 in normal mode, you still use the corrupted user profile

Am I going to have to reset my user profile or re-start in safe mode every time I want to print an envelope? Something is surely wrong if my user profile gets corrupted after such a short time after resetting it
