Description:
Because snap version Firefox cannot access /tmp LibreOffice help is not available in all LibreOffice components.
Error msg: Firefox can’t find the file at /tmp/lu36779h8m4e.tmp/NewHelp1.html

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch any LO component
2.Press F1 or click Help
3.Firefox error msg displays

Actual Results:
Firefox can’t find the file at /tmp/lu36779h8m4e.tmp/NewHelp1.html

Expected Results:
Display Help


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Snap version of Firefox on Ubuntu 22.04 runs in a sandbox, not access is allowed to any system directories including /tmp where LO puts the help file.
