in Calc - Navigator - Comments

on the top level "Comments", 
- right-click menu items => "Edit" and "Delete" are available (whether there are comments or not)
- select => popup error "Invalid range"

Expected :
no menu items  "Edit" and "Delete"

The same happens with 24.8.0.3
