A file that already has lost three comments

Comments are lost in fods files

Steps to reproduce:

- Create a file and save it as a fods.
- Add a comment in A1.
- Save the file.
- Close the file.
- Open the same file again.
- Add a comment in B1.
- Save the file.
- Close the file.
- Open the same file again.
- Add a comment in C1.
- Save the file.
- Close the file.
- Open the same file again.
- Etc.

Doing those steps, you end up seeing that some of the comments have disappeared!

Data losses are very important. Thanks for Calc, the best spreadsheet software!

It seems that the comment is deleted e.g. if you enter some content into a cell below, in the same column.

This seems to be a duplicate of bug 108244 to me.

I don't think it's a duplicate of https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108244 , that bug is about ods files when being saved as fods files, but this bug is just about fods files.
