An idiomatic Title+Subtitle slide layout for a presentation-title slide

It is extremely common for presentations to begin with a slide which has some sort of title, taking up a significant part of the slide (e.g. upper half or more), and a subtitle which takes up some space below it. See the attached image for an illustration of this layout.

This kind of layout is available in MS Powerpoint, and likely elsewhere. However - we can't introduce it right now. The reason is explained in comment 164840#c3 by Regina: The interaction in LO of Master slides and Layouts is a bit of a mess; and since every slide has a master, and the master corresponds well just to the title-and-content layout, the only thing we can have is a title element that's in the same size and position as in title-and-content (the one we use in the body of a presentation).

To resolve this, we need a resolution of bug 62332 and perhaps OASIS issue OFFICE-4127. Then we would either have two (or more) default masters corresponding to different layouts, or some other arrangment enabling a presentation-title slide to have a master+layout combination that looks like the attachment.

Auto-linkification fail... Regina's comment is in bug 164840 comment 3.

Obsolete if bug 78156 would be implemented, wontfix as long subtitle is not a special object. Regina suggested to change 'the placeholder text of the lower text box form "Click to add Text" to "Click to add Subtitle".'

> Obsolete if bug 78156 would be implemented,

No, it would not be. Resolving bug 78156 in itself won't help - we can make any layout we like, but as long as it's tied to where the Master slide places the title - which itself corresponds to "body" slides - we won't be able to size and place a title as in the attachment.

Moreover - even if this were _possible_ using a custom layout, such a layout is popular enough to be one of layouts offered by default.

> wontfix as long subtitle is not a special object.

Not sure what you mean by "long subtitle". At any rate, if there are additional issues which block this bug - we should mark them as blocking, not WONTFIX this one.

It already says "click to add subtitle" in the image I attached.
