In Draw, one should be able to resize the page to the bounding rectangle of page contents. This should be accessible at least from the Page > Page Properties... dialog, but perhaps also directly from the Page menu.

In the multi-page case, the logic could be "Resize to the bounding rectangle of the single-page rectangles bounding page contents", or in other words - resize to the minimum common dimensions containing all content on all pages.

Note that this resize means moving the location of objects relative to the page, i.e. if we have just one object, and its placed beyond the left of the page, then page will resize 'leftward', so that the left edge of the object is left-margin-rightwards of the the left edge of the resized page.
