Problem description: libreoffice crashes whenever I try to send a document as an email. this is a fairly recent problem, not sure but I have been assuming it started when I updated libreoffice.

Steps to reproduce:
1. write a document
2. click send in the filemenu
3. libreoffice crashes immediately

Current behavior:instant crash when I try to send a file

Expected behavior:not doing that.

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows 7
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:5.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0

This has nothing to do with mailmerge.

Might be DUP of or related to "Bug 36149 - Hovering over Menu "File > Send" crashes LibO, if no JRE is available" or "Bug 41179 - UI: CRASH when mouseover menu 'File -> Send'"

Please check my suspect concerning other bugs. Do you have Java installed and active?

yes, that sounds like it. I do have java installed, not sure about
active, it had been causing me issues so I was playing with it a bit
ago. sorry, I misunderstood what mailmerge was.
