Hi When copying a table from Writer to Impress, the original format is not ketp Original format : alignment centered (horizontal) and milleded (vertical) Afper being past : defaut alignment :text sits on the left top corner.
Merged cells are not kept as well
Thanks for bugreport reproduced in 3.3.4 and 3.5.4 on Fedora 64 bit (Windows not tested) while copy-pasting to Impress, vertical alignment and cell merging are lost Possible workaround: use Ctrl-Shift-V (Edit->Paste special) for pasting. Select there "LibreOffice 3.5 text document". Then double click resulting OLE and adjust size (grey rectangle with black dots). Changing version to 3.3.4 as most early reproduced
reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit) in addition, the width of the second column is strongly narrowed
