the 3rd attachment on bug 57780 causes a layout loop in Writer on import. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=71123 loop happens in LO master, libreoffice-3-6, 3.5.7, 3.4.6, as well as OOo 3.3, 3.2.1, 3.0.1, so it's a long standing problem.
FTR, the source of the doc is http://lci.ly.gov.tw/LyLCEW/communique/work/93/42/LCIDC01_934201_00002.doc this hangs when opening manually, but crashes with unoconv invoked to convert to html.
