Created attachment 90594 [details] three files: 1) pptx with text, 2) result opening on powerpoint (origila), 3) result opening on impress Problem description: although the text font size indicated is correct, impress render a much smaller font size on edit(normal) mode and in presentation mode. Steps to reproduce: 1. .... open any ppt / pptx file with a text box with a medium font size 2. .... the font size redered is smaller. 3. .... Current behavior: do not render the correct font size Expected behavior: render a correct font size. Operating System: Ubuntu Version: 4.2.0.0.beta2 Last worked in: 4.1.3.2 release
I confirm this bug with Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64 with LibreOffice 4.2.0.0.beta2 (Build ID: 1a27be92e320f97c20d581a69ef1c8b99ea9885d ) and LibreOffice 4.1.4.2 (Build ID: 0a0440ccc0227ad9829de5f46be37cfb6edcf72) It's work fine with LibreOffice 3.5.7.2 Version ID : 350m1(Build:2) from Ubuntu depository.

Reproduced using libreoffice-4-2 build (Build ID: f9171206e80b1ff3e3917e2f448ff2b2a43a0b2e), but not with 4.1.3.2 & master build (Build ID: 4c539fac018dfd44cd8db52161a8cb930c627da7). Reproducible also with attachment 87542 [details] from Bug 70415. Note that the document attached here also shows Bug 70415.

LibO has problems rendering correct font size in .PPTX this is the same issue as Bug 73627 - FILESAVE: incorrect text font size after saving from .ODP to .PPTX this issue still affects the 4.2.x branch while is fixed in 4.3master *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 73627 ***
