Tracker bug for problems with creating digitally signed PDF
Comment 1 Cor Nouws 2014-09-16 21:17:17 UTC
OK :)
Comment 2 Markus Wernig 2015-03-28 12:59:23 UTC
Setting to resolved/fixed since all issues this tracker was tracking have been resolved. (Not sure though if this should be done automatically by bugzilla)
Comment 3 Stéphane Guillou (stragu) 2023-10-27 15:16:45 UTC
Let's keep open as metas like this one are bound to categorise more issues in the future as they pop up, but is less visible (i.e. not listed in https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Tracking_Bugs) if marked "resolved".
Comment 4 Markus Wernig 2023-10-28 08:44:12 UTC
I'm not sure this is the best place to track all those (future) issues.

This issue was created specifically for tracking the (then) open issues that were reported during development of the PDF signing feature - 9 years ago.

Those were fixed and therefore the issue was closed.

Many of the features described in the newly added issues (i.e. signing an existing PDF) did not even exist at that time (4.1 - 4.5)

No harm in re-purposing it as a general categorising meta, especially given that the summary and description weren't descriptive of that original purpose. There is some value in having a tracker specific to PDF signing, given how the feature differs from other filetypes.
