I start out with Letter sized paper option

After configuring to print #10 envelope

Proceeding to print, the paper type is changed to C5

These become the printer properties

There is no option to print to any envelope type paper size.

This is similar to Bug ID 77277 but this is under Windows, not Linux

We should see they various envelopes listed under the paper size or at least it keep custom paper size settings for the given envelope type.

Further, orientation is inverted, similar to BUG ID 82370, but again under windows.

this is a duplicate of Bug 77277 and Bug 82370  (next time just type Bug xxxx without ID to have this automatically linked).

thanks for confirming that both issues affect Windows systems as well.
I'll update the platform to ALL in those reports.
