When the native file picker is used, if the user stretches the UI bigger, this setting seems to be stored in the .xcu file but appears never to be used the next time the dialog is opened. The file picker should remember the size and continue to use it each time. Users resize it for their monitor resolution and like to be able to see many more files and folders than are allowed in the default view. Tested in earliest 5.0 and current 5.1 builds and seems like it never worked.
