Tried openGL fix, suggested in forums, for an older version (https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/45801/libreoffice-completely-blank/), but no such entries exist.
Also tried re-installing and repairing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch LO launcher, or any individual application (white screen)
2.Guess location of <file> menu and open any LO file (black screen) 
3.

Normal operation

Do you have Nvidia graphics? Did you search and look into Bug 97733 and Bug 97848?
If duplicate, please mark so.

@David -- thanks for setting duplicate to bug 97848. Please post your opengl_device.log [1, 2] and GPU details [3] as need info for that bug.
