2 Charts with missing data labels created in Excel

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Calc or Excel, create a chart
2. Add data labels
3. Remove a single Data label 
4. Save as XLSX
5. Open in Calc

Expected Results:
Data label remains deleted

Actual Results:
The data label is displayed with all options

LibreOffice 4.1 Correctly imported Charts with missing data labels.

This is a FILEOPEN bug. That means you either
1) Need a copy of Excel to open attachment 123098 [details] and compare OR
2) Compare the EXCEL image in attachment 123142 [details] with attachment 123098 [details] 

You cannot easily verify this bug with only LibreOffice. There may also be a FILESAVE issue, but that is not what this bug report is about. 

You do NOT need to 

> delete the extra labels in and save to XLSX & reload

I am not asking for a workaround. I am reporting a bug with the XLSX importer. To verify, you only need to open the XLSX file (attachment 123098 [details]) and compare it to how Excel renders the file.

Well, it's not unambiguously a FILEOPEN bug as you have creation in Calc in step 1.. that's what I was reacting to.

But sure, we can set to NEW just based on your example XLSX.
