Both Draw/Impress and Writer table design uses in principle the same elements and attributes of ODF 1.2 to store the information in the file format. There are only some small differences in the file format and supported features. But the UI is very different. This should be consolidated, so that the user gets the same UI in all modules for the purpose "Table design" and the file format in regard to table template is really the same.
