Indeed, I couldn't reproduce it in Linux, either with daily build from 2016-11-06_23:07:09. Setting OS to Windows. Note that by default Linux doesn't have Constantia font that's used in the presentation (I installed it as described in [1]), but it doesn't matter, the slides look okay with and without font substitution.
