No repro. What are the permissions in C:\DatiD? Did you try with your profile folder? That may be local issue. But please try also with master from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@42/current/ that will install test version.

C: is my local disk (of which I am administrator). I didn't tell you that with all 5. versions it works perfectly (today I went back to 5.4.6 and it's ok).
We must reproduce to confirm. If we can't, it's up to you to come up with tht detail why it happens. It's sometimes a good idea to clean profile folder, please do it. And comment whether this is a duplicate of Bug 116543.

Hi Timur I cleaned the profile folder, then retried; the result is the same, fatal error. I tried before and after the cleaning also with the attachment of Bug 116543, so this is not a duplicate. I forgot to tell you that an important piece of news: the problem is the same as bug 93565, which was fixed in 2016. It had happened when version 5 was introduced. Thank you Alberto

Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ? You can install it alongside the standard version. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
Yesterday I've tried with version 6.1.0 beta (for bug hunting session) and it worked perfectly, except when the name of the file contained an accent mark (for ex. = à); in that situation the program crashes, otherwise it's ok. With 6.2.0 alpha [the one that you have just suggested] it's even better: it works 100% and it's even much quicker than with version 5.4.7. I exported as individual documents both to .pdf and .odf format firstly one record and then a series of records. Hey, that's great news, let's close as WFM.
Hello Sadly there are the same old problems with the latest versions: 6.3.1 and the next 6.4.2.1, also with 6.2.0 Beta, everything Windows x86. The program crashes (fatal error) when you print - save as individual documents - output: PDF format. The steps to reproduce and the attachments I put 6 monts ago are still valuable. There are some problems also with the data sources: the program doesn't keep it and you must select it again. Then also the cell format isn't well kept: if you change froem GG/MM/AAAA to, for example, NNNNGG MMMM AAAA or G MMMM AAAA you have to repeat the same operation every time. Thanks Alberto
I know the steps are not the same, but there is still an open crasher: bug 117480
