The wrong recalculation is also done when changing cells. The last line of text in a cell that is supposed to be auto-fit is suddenly cut off.

I'd like to see this with High because it affects Calc in perf and other ways.

Bug 130795 and bug 124098 is perf in 6.2.
Note different bug 144155 in 7.2, that could also be included in this meta. 
Another outcome is filesave bug 130383 and fileopen bug 132354.
This change has a positive impact seen in bug 144205 that Insert Columns is instantaneous, although following operations are all slow.
But I'm not sure if change is worth other bugs, so far I think not.
