A meta bug for requests/suggestions to introduce individual categories of styles in Impress. This evolved out of several bugs about missing style-features, some of which coalesced into a bug about missing style categories (bug 40871).

In stead of using the [Meta] tag, closing duplicates, organizing is an option too? Well, this meta bug is the result of an attempt to get things organized, which was discussed on bug 40871. I do believe and hope the way things are right now is better-organized and easier to contextualize (especially if you only read the bugs not marked as dupes.)

I think I expect either - "[META] Impress/Draw style bugs" or - "Introduce style categories missing in Impress/Draw" Now the title of this bugs combines both..
(In reply to Cor Nouws from comment #5) If I understand correctly, this is about something more specific than simply "Impress/Draw style bugs", but yet something that groups other specific bugs like "Introduce paragraph style to Impress/Draw", "Introduce character style to Impress/Draw", ... - so all these different style categories, each deserving an own leaf bug report to be tracked, deserve a meta like this. Of course, marking these specific leaf bugs as a *duplicate* of the parent meta would be wrong. But e.g. bug 40871 is about "character styles, and maybe paragraph, list styles?", so fits as a duplicate of this meta.
(In reply to Cor Nouws from comment #5) > Now the title of this bugs combines both.. 1. As Mike said, this isn't a meta bug for all bugs with Impress/Draw styles. 2. I've removed the alias; do you like this better? Less clutter on the subject line?
Hi Eyal, (In reply to Eyal Rozenberg from comment #7) > 2. I've removed the alias; do you like this better? Less clutter on the > subject line? That's better, thanks. Little tweak from me - hope that's fine for you.
i, do we have any status update on this? I (and others) [1][2] are trying to figure out how to change the style of hyperlinks in an Impress slide deck. For example, in my presentation, the blue text that Impress makes my links is unreadable on the blue background. I want to change the style of hyperlinks so that all of the current hyperlinks (and hyperlinks to be added in the future) will be a readable font color. How can I change the style of all the hyperlinks in Impress? Your question is better asked at bug 128810 but as open source project there is no development plan. However, by adding yourself to CC and asking me-too questions you raise the attention.
