Whatever's related to Word's Review -> Restrict Editing feature. Generally Word-specific, Writer currently has a compatibility setting "Protect form" that partially covers the feature. Might, but not necessarily involve setting a password (but it isn't equivalent to bug 108914, which is about encryption). Might, but not necessarily involve form fields, since in Word such fields can only be edited in protected documents.
