Tracker bug for major bugs affecting the automatic migration from HSQLDB embedded to Firebird embedded.

And likely gummed up with knee jerk revert of dropping HSQLDB in [2]

So not sure we should be banging against this for a few master builds until we get a go ahead from Tamás and Miklos that the migration code is reset back to where it needs to be for testing. Near term will internal Firebird use be kept experimental or brought out again?

@Tamás--do you have a testing plan in mind?
