Meta bug for issues related to LO having problems opening a file, like a file that take a long time to open or it causes LO to hang/freeze/crash when opening or will not open when it should.

It should not include bugs related to problems in the appearance of the document after the file is opened.

That's Ok. I am using Microsoft Windows and opens the doc in 1 second. I don't have the time to trouble shoot this version of Writer. Writer was opening fine until I installed this newer version. No need to go to safe mode, etc. The problem is on your end. Your programmer screwed up.
