Question. This block on all of these bugs is huge, old (2017), and getting older, and none of the bugs I've reported will be addressed until 109323 is.

No one has picked this up.  If I had the technical talent I'd do it myself, but trust me, you don't want me anywhere near LO code.

Is there any timeline for anyone tackling 109323?

There is no timeline. Meta bugs are only an overview of similar bugs for developers and interested people.
